I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application for employment as may be necessary in arriving at an employment decision. It is further understood that this "at will" employment relationship may not be changed by any written document or by conduct unless such change is specifically acknowledged in writing by an authorized executive of Bark City Family LLC.
As part of Bark City's hiring process, I hereby agree to undergo an unpaid shadowing session of up to 1 hour under the guidance and supervision of an experienced Bark City daycare attendant. I understand that this period is strictly utilized to assess my comfort within the daycare space, and that any work done while shadowing is on a volunteer basis.
In the event of employment, I understand that false or misleading information given in my application or interview(s} may result in discharge. I understand, also, that I am required to abide by all rules and regulations of Bark City Family LLC if employed.
I understand that I will be on live feed camera for clients to view during my shift and at any given time in the daycare.
